Mindfulness Training Program

Community Room
Starting in the new year, the CSS Sisterhood and Men's Club will sponsor a Mindfulness Training Program for all CSS members.
Judi Cohen, CSS Member and teacher of mindfulness meditation, will teach the classes. There will be two sessions of four meetings each, held on consecutive Tuesdays.
Tuesday afternoons from 4:00 - 5:30 PM in the CSS Community Room.
Course II dates will run from March 3rd, 10th, and 17th.

Returns to Congregation Shir Shalom
Sunday, April 19, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Burlingame Hall
Please join us as we celebrate Congregation Shir Shalom’s
30th Anniversary & the Zingeray Ensemble’s 100th!
The chorus will be performing a medley of Ladino music and songs. Following the performance, there will be a hosted reception offering a selection of Sephardic finger foods.
There is no charge to attend the concert and reception, but RSVP by April 12 to Linda Goldman at [email protected]. Please also direct any questions to the same email.
